Easy steps (for Kids) to create a zoom background…
Are the kids bored yet?
While we are all logging on to Zoom/Skype/Facetime for our online meetings or webinars, why not set the kids up with their own accounts so they can talk to their friends too – although just ban them when you need to go online!
Here’s a tip to keep them busy! (for 5 mins at least!) Adults can have a go too!
1 – Take a piece of A4 paper, draw out 165 x 297mm
2 – Draw your picture, anything you like, just have fun!
3 – Take a photo, try and get it as flat as possible.
4 – Edit it crop it to the right size and turn it longways.
5 – Open zoom, start “New meeting”
6 – Go to the small arrow next to “Stop Video”, click “Choose virtual background…”
7 – Click the small plus sign to add image – and there you go… and chat away!
Create several and change it when ever you like!

Or create your own – use an image to the size of 1280 x 720 pixels or 1920 x 1080 pixels with a ratio of 16:9
TIP – Don’t make them complicated as it will detract from your own image and don’t add loads of text to try and sell! It’s not a good look!
